Return Policy
For customers who purchase turbans from our website, we offer a 15-day window for returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a Returns Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by contacting our support team at pagganwaleofficial@gmail.com. Once you have received your RMA number, you may arrange for a collection of your items to be returned to us. Please note that our ‘Guidelines for Exchanges and Cancellations’ policy will apply to all returns.
We will accept returns for turban orders if the material is defective, if the wrong size or color was shipped, (We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on PagganWale.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that a monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Please make sure to return your items in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected during transit.
Please note that free collection only applies to items being returned from the original shipping destination. If you are returning items from a different country, free collection will not apply.
